Sukenari, a Kiritsuke knife with a 24 centimeter blade. Powder tool steel ZDP-189 (3 layers) is used to make the blade. High-end stainless steel ZDP-189 is made by the Japanese business HITACHI via the PM method. It is known for being one of the hardest steels available in the knife business and has high carbon and content levels. It is also highly renowned for having an extremely durable, wear-and corrosion-resistant, and razor-sharp edge. This knife features an octagonal Bocote wood handle with a buffalo horn ferrule, giving it a distinctive natural wooden touch. The dishwasher is not permitted to be used to clean this Sukenari Japanese chef knife. Japanese kitchen knives feature thin blades that are extremely durable.
