Shipping

We offer international shipping! Only orders with a full payment upfront are shipped. We don't ship to Belarus or Russia.

Shipping methods and time

Within Finland, products are delivered by the Posti OY local service. Delivery options include Kotipaketti, SmartPost, and Postipaketti. Depending on the chosen delivery option, delivery can take anywhere from one to five business days*.

GLS delivers items to EU countries. Free GLS shipping is available for orders above 120 euros within the EU (VAT free zones excluded). Delivery times vary by country and might take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days. For remote territory (different islands), separate fees are applicable.

We ship by EMS to the UK (10–20 business days). Orders over 150 euros qualify for free shipping to the UK. Following Brexit, UK clients are now liable for VAT and/or other taxes in their own countries.

Delivery outside of the EU (the USA and other nations) is handled by EMS (working with the Finnish Post). *EMS delivery times vary by destination country and might take anywhere from 5 to 25 working days. Orders over 120–150 euros qualify for free EMS shipment, depending on the country.

* We indicate the average expected time of delivery. Despite the fact that we ship orders as quickly as possible (on the day of the order or the next working day after it), the final delivery time depends only on the work of the postal and customs service of Your country.

Handling

Orders placed before 12.00 Finnish time on business days, where an item's availability status is "In-Stock," are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 are dispatched on Monday.

Orders constructed from various locations—Helsinki and Lappeenranta—that have the goods in separate inventories are shipped out within three to five business days.

Once we get products from merchants, we deliver them with the status "Pre-order." Although the lead time is stated on each item's website, lengthier wait times are typical.

Weekends and federal holidays are not possible for shipping.

Insurance and reimbursement

Finnish Post offers insurance for all packages sent within Finland, including EMS packages. If the package is lost or damaged, the insurance company pays the full amount 45 days after the insurance claim is submitted (this is to give the postal service time to look into the matter). When placing an order with GLS, customers have the option to insure their packages for delivery throughout the European Union. For a GLS package, insurance costs 5 euros (VAT included at 24%).

Customs clearance and certification

The customer is in charge of paying for customs clearance, fees, taxes, and any necessary product certification for orders placed outside of the European Union. Tax and customs duty evasion at our expense is not permitted by Haganero. In the paperwork, we solely include the product's true pricing.

Returns

Residents of the EU are entitled to return merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Customer support must approve the refund in advance by email at info@haganero.com. The customer will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping. This means that even if the client received free shipping, our store's shipping expenses for delivering this package will not be refunded.

Except in situations involving warranties and insurance, returns and exchanges of goods shipped outside of the EU are not accepted.
