Japanese Sujihiki hand-forged blade from master Nakagawa Satoshi's. The length of the blade is 27 cm. Ginsan silver-3 steel is used to make the blade. three tiers. Ginsan steel, sometimes referred to as Silver-3 or Ginsanko, possesses superior stainless qualities. This stainless carbon steel has 14% more chromium added to it. Ginsan has nearly the same edge retention and a toughness comparable to Shirogami #2. The blade is roughly 35 mm high (may vary somewhat as it is handmade).
