Kenshiro Hatono, a great craftsman, created a bunka knife.  As a multipurpose culinary tool, this Japanese knife is perfect.  The 180 mm blade has Damascus sheaths and is composed of SPG2 steel.  Wenge wood is used for the traditional Japanese wa handle, while walnut is used for the bolster.  The Kenshiro Hatono bunka knife cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher.  After using the knife, wash it by hand and make sure it is completely dry.  Because the cutting edge is so narrow, do not use it on frozen or other extremely hard foods.  comes in a box that is branded.
