Blade Nakagawa Satoshi Ginsan Kiritsuke NG-BGKG210 21cm

Japanese craftsman Nakagawa Satoshi hand-forged blade. Ginsan silver-3 steel is used to make the blade. three tiers. Ginsan steel, sometimes referred to as Silver-3 or Ginsanko, possesses superior stainless qualities. This stainless carbon steel has 14% more chromium added to it. Ginsan has nearly the same edge retention and a toughness comparable to Shirogami #2. The blade is approximately 42 mm high (may vary somewhat due to hand-made nature).
