Misuzu Hamono's handcrafted Japanese knife gyuto. 24 cm blade features a core constructed of AUS-10 steel with stainless steel damascus cover. The weight of this Misuzu Hamono gyuto chef knife is around 140 g. Traditional Japanese d-shaped wooden handle made of magnolia and ferrule made of buffalo horn. Gyuto is a chef knife in the Japanese style that can be used for any kitchen work. Yamato Miyawaki has been Misuzu Hamono's principal blacksmith since 2006. Japanese kitchen knives from Misuzu Hamono are manufactured by hand in Japan.
