T. Ikeda, a skilled knifemaker from the renowned town of Takefu, created this amazing Japanese kitchen santoku knife. The 17-cm-long blade is composed of Chromax steel, which was created in the village and has qualities that are as similar to carbon steels as possible while yet being stainless.
