Mr. Takeshi Saji's Japanese bunka knife. The bunka is a multipurpose kitchen blade. It works well for chopping vegetables, and the triangle-shaped tip region is very helpful for chopping meats and fish. Layer Three Aogami Blade Super steel, hammered to a black polish. 17 cm is the length of the blade. Iron wood handle with bolster made of stainless steel.
