Yu Kurosaki's Japanese Gyuto kitchen knife from the Koku Sen series. The material of the blade is Aogami Super Steel. The blade has a hardness of 60–62 HRC and a length of 27 cm. Quince wood is used to make the handle. Yu Kurosaki, a great craftsman, makes the knife by hand.
