Handmade Japanese bunka knife by Mr. Takeshi Saji. The bunka is a multipurpose kitchen blade. It works well for chopping vegetables, and the triangle-shaped tip region is very helpful for chopping meats and fish. 31 layers of VG10 nickel damascus steel make up the blade. 17 cm is the length of the blade.
