Tojiro 4 steak knives Damascus Flash set. The blade is 11 cm long. Damascus laminated steel with 63 layers is used to make knives (Floating Mist). This procedure makes the blade's flexible and strong thin center layer of VG-10 steel incredibly hard and sharp. The soft handles have a stainless steel inlay and are composed of the incredibly strong material Micarta (many layers of linen and resin).
