Wood Jewel
Wood Jewel was found around the start of the 1980s. Kauko Raatiniemi, the owner and CEO, began before her primary position. Initially, he created large objects like as clocks using goat willow gnarl. At the start of the 1990s, Kauko became a full-time business owner. The company hired its first employee in 1995, and it currently has roughly 20 year-round employees. The primary components are colored polywood, reindeer horn, and Finnish curly birch. Wood Jewel offers over a thousand distinct types of products. However, the primary product is knives. Kauko made his first knives around the end of the 1980s. A collector purchased every knife. In the year 2000, Tuomas Raatiniemi, Kauko's son, resumed his knife-making business. Currently, Wood Jewel produces 50,000 knives annually.
