Hand-forged Santoku knife blade in Yoshikane Hamono's workshop in Japan. Shirogami 2 (White 2) carbon steel with a stainless steel clad makes up the blade. The blade is approximately 50.5 mm high. Dishwasher washing is prohibited. Japanese kitchen knives feature thin blades that are extremely durable. Cutting any hard products is prohibited.
