Japanese hand-forged Sujihiki blade from master Nakagawa Satoshi's. The length of the blade is 24 cm. Ginsan silver-3 steel is used to make the blade. three tiers. Ginsan steel, sometimes referred to as Silver-3 or Ginsanko, possesses superior stainless qualities. This stainless carbon steel has 14% more chromium added to it. Ginsan has nearly the same edge retention and a toughness comparable to Shirogami #2. The blade is approximately 34.5 mm high (may vary somewhat due to hand-made nature).
