Any pastry, cake, or other large baked item can be sliced with the Tojiro bread knife. A blade that is incredibly hard (hardened to about 60–61 Rockwell units), long-lasting, flexible, and resilient is the product of a laborious and intricate blade preparation process. The blade has a nice, stabilised wood handle and is 27 cm long. The Tojiro bread knife cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher.
