Japanese Chef's knife Gyuto Ittetsu with a edge length of 18 cm. The western handle is made of mahogany. The edge is made of tall quality VG10 Damascus steel, 33 layers, pound wrap up. This cut cannot be washed within the dishwasher. Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
