Sakai Takayuki Nanairo is a Japanese chef's knife that blends contemporary materials with age-old customs. Unlike conventional models, this one doesn't require any extra care to maintain the shape and elegance of the traditional Japanese gyuto chef's knife. The blade is made of VG10 steel and is 21 cm long. It is corrosion-resistant and has all the benefits of carbon steel. This chef's knife has a classic wa-shaped grip. But because it is composed of a unique ABS plastic rather than wood, it is weather-, moisture-, and crack-resistant. These handles are made by hand by artisans utilising traditional Japanese colouring.
