Japanese chef knife, gyuto, blade length 210 mm. crafted by Mr. Teruyasu Fujiwara by hand. The traditional Western chef's knife is reimagined in Japanese culture as the Gyuto. The gyuto's blade is different in that it is sharper and thinner. The blade has a stainless steel coating and is composed of Shirogami 1 stell. Pakka wood is handled. Wash by hand in warm water, then pat dry.
