The Sukenari Kiritsuke Gyuto knife has a 210 mm blade length. This is a cross between a kiritsuke and a chef's knife. This Sukenari knife's blade is composed of damascus-clad ZDP189 steel. Buffalo horn ferrule on a traditional oak wood grip. This Japanese Sukenari Kiritsuke knife cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher. Japanese kitchen knives have narrow, extremely durable blades. Cutting any hard products is prohibited. It weighs roughly 275 grams.
