Nakiri knife made by Ittetsu encompasses a 16 cm edge. The damascus edge is made of 33 layers of VG10 steel. This nakiri features a western handle made of mahogany. Dodge Bones, Solidified nourishments, nuts and hard candies or anything other than natural products, vegetables and proteins. Pay consideration that nakiri cut isn't a cleaver, but kitchen cut for chopping and cutting vegetables. Ittetsu blades are carefully assembled in Echizen city, Japan.
