Japanese kitchen knife, Goko Hamono, small, 15 cm blade. The Japanese word "petty," which is derived from the French word "petite," refers to a paring or utility knife. This compact and agile knife is perfect for little slicing and dicing tasks and an excellent tool for those fine garnishes. It is made with a core of white #1 steel and wrapped in a stainless exterior cladding. The small now has a sturdy pakka wood ferrule and a lovely updated oak octagonal handle.
