Takeshi Saji, a famous Japanese chef, created this little kitchen knife. The 15 cm blade is made of multi-layered VG10 steel with nickel added. Each knife has a unique Damascus design. Even after prolonged usage, its roughly 220 g weight guarantees pleasant operation and lessens tiredness. The handle's brass bolsters and buffalo bone scales highlight the knife's high-end quality and guarantee a comfortable grip. The long-standing customs of Japanese knifemaking are reflected in each handcrafted Takeshi Saji knife. In 1994, Master Takeshi Saji, one of the most well-known modern Japanese smiths, received the title of Guardian of Traditional Craftsmanship.
