For Sashimi knives and other knives with a 240mm blade, a wooden handle with a resin collar is used. It is thirteen centimeters long.The handle comes in a standard size. The handles on each Tojiro series vary in size, therefore this size isn't exactly the same as some of the others. All traditional Japanese knives with a blade up to 24 cm long and a handle that can be switched out, however, are compatible with this handle.
