Santoku Japanese kitchen knife Seki Kanetsugu Heptagon-Silver 8003 18cm

Japanese Santoku knife from the Heptagon-Silver line by Seki Kanetsugu. solid High Carbon Molybdenum Vanadium Stainless Steel blade measuring 18 cm. For hygienic and rust-resistant reasons, the entire blade tang is injection moulded with a silver anodised aluminium grip to keep water out of the handle and a dark blue, heat-resistant ABS plastic bolster/butt-end. Additionally, the handle's septangular design is incredibly distinctive and cosy.
