The Gyuto IWZ-103 by Ittetsu is a great Japanese knife with an 18-cm blade length for any kitchen activity. Pakkawood wood is used to make the octagonal handle. The blade has a hammer finish and is composed of premium VG10 Damascus steel. You cannot use the dishwasher to clean this knife. Wash your hands in warm water and pat dry. The blades of Japanese kitchen knives are narrow and extremely durable. Coconuts and other nuts, meat with bones, and other hard items cannot be cut with a Japanese knife.
