Santoku from Yu Kurosaki's limited edition Fujin SG2 series. A beautiful Japanese knife that is both useful and artistic. This time, a wood octagonal handle with a ring of natural turquoise is used. Three layers of SG2 stainless steel are used to create the blade with the distinctive Tsuchime forged design. Fujin (Fujin), the Shinto god of the wind, served as Kurosaki's inspiration for creating this series, as evidenced by the forged pattern.
