Yoshimi Kato created this Japanese nakiri knife with a satin-finished ginsan blade. The primary component of Yoshimi Kato's blade series is Ginsan, or Silver-3, steel. G3 steel is renowned for having superior edge qualities. 165 mm is the blade length. Cherrywood is the handle. Yoshimi Kato Ginsan suggested hand washing with warm water and drying with a towel for nakiri knives. Steer clear of anything other than fruits, vegetables, and proteins, such as bones, frozen foods, nuts, and hard candies.
